Gel Seat padding

Anyone know where I can get a Gel Pad for my KLR seat? I just want the gel pad if that is possible so that it keeps my seat the exact same dimensions so that I can use my stock seat cover. Had a friend tell me last week that he can ride all day and still feel his testicles on the Gel seat whereas with the stock foam seat would hurt him after 20 minutes of riding. He has a DR 650 and I have a KLR.

Thanks for the reply! I had a look at that one before, but what concerns me is that so many of those aftermarket seats use seams on their seat covers and materials that makes it act like a spunge in wet conditions so every time you sit on your bike in the wet, your bum is soaked before even moving.

I have had a couple of corbinns that had seams, and it was never an issue. Try this one then:

https://crossgel.ca/catalogue.php

go downthe page to "cross Gel Sheet". It is a sheet of gel you can install in your own seat. I have not tried it, but I know someone who had the one you throw on top of your seat who was happy.

For less than $200 you can get a very comfortable seat made by a fellow KLR rider in Williams Lake. I have done 800+ Km days on this seat and it is very comfortable!:dr: Lee Bunce at the Recovery Room, 250-398-5030. He makes the seat on your seat pan, and can make it lower, wider, whatever. It doesn't soak up water (not like a Corbin). Best mod I made to the KLR. :mb:

That sure is a nice looking seat. Will give him a call soon and see if he can do something for me. His price is reasonable compared what is out there too.
Thanks!
