40 year old ex motocross guy, major injuries put an end to that lifelong passion a few years ago so now I’m enjoying other forms of 2 wheeled fun. Bought a MG Stelvio NTX and it was a lot of bike for the riding that I want to do so I replaced it with a T700 last summer.

I don’t get to ride as much as I like but have done some fun exploring, got a late season KVR ride done back in late October from Merritt to Summerland. Planning to resume that as soon as weather permits and complete the course to Castlegar, among other things of course. The big plans are a three week Baja trip this fall, though.

Hopefully this summer is better than last for riding without the extreme heat and fires!

Thanks, I found them and joined up last year. The weather ended up being poor so just did a short group ride. Not sure that riding in large groups like that is my thing, but will likely attend again.

Thanks, hoping it’s not too much time. I suppose that is better than not enough time though, can sprinkle in some leisure and relaxation and not be totally consumed with covering the miles. We’ll drive down to SD and ride from there, should have 19 days to ride. Thought about taking the ferry across to Mazatlan and hitting Copper Canyon on the way back North but hate to waste a full day on the ferry. I really want to ride the mainland but feel like 3 weeks would be rushed trying to cram too much into it.
