just bought a c02 pump. Going to see how that works out

Went back to a hand pump. After a front flat this spring it took 2 cylinders. I am sure a rear would take at least 4 so now you are looking at the same size and more weight and SOL if you have a 2nd flat.

pembydoo, you must have been a boy scout,like me in a previous life, cause that is exactly how i think. If i had to do this multiple times in a day, could I with what i'm packing? c02's are favored by the xcountry race crowd, quick,fast, but if you have more than 1 flat, it doesn't really make a difference, cause your already in 49th place anyway.

This one works pretty good for me. But remember it is electrical so it could fail so best to also have a manuel backup.

Have you used it? How long does it take to fill an empty rear tire to a "safe to ride highway" pressure?
I bought a cheapo which makes a lot noise but doesn't really accomplish anything while draining the battery.
I have a mini morph which works well but I'd like to relegate it to back-up duty.
