Hi everyone, I just signed up here. I bought my 23 KLX300 just a few months ago after many years away from dirt riding. I'm enjoying every moment I get on it. I live in the Fraser Valley. In September I'm thinking of doing the Harrison to Pemberton run if anyone is interested. I started riding dirt bikes when I was 7, been in many street bikes in the past 30 years. I still have the iff road Skills, but certainly not as fast as I used to be.

Welcome to the group. That Pemberton to Harrison is a great ride but there were some washouts a few years ago. You might want to research the present condition. Also, the distance between gas stations was farther than I had calculated but doable.
You may need to bring extra gas. Enjoy your ride!

Thanks, I've been watching for posts about the washout. I get about 150km on a tank, plus a small Jerry can, I get just under 300km. I do know this forum is not overly busy, but I honestly have no interest in Facebook, so I'll be buzzing around here looking for posts. I throw my $40 towards a membership, so I do look forward to being a part of the community.
