helmet for trade

Hi guys, I just finally brought my bike down from the yukon, but the helmet I have is too small, so I was looking to trade it or buy a used one.

The helmet is size L, grey, full face, snell certified, and old (1990) but in good condition. I'm looking to trade it for an XL helmet. I'm willing to throw a bit of money into the deal too, or just buy your used one if you didn't want to trade.

Mitch....your helmet is 19 years old! I have read that a Shoei helmet has a shelf life of 7 years or 5 years from the date that you start to wear it.

If you don't get many replies, it is not that we are snobs (Welcome to DSBC, by the way) it is just that a lot of riders will not buy a used helmet.

I would recommend that you retire the old helmet and spring for a new one.

Thanks for the heads up... I guess it is pretty old. I'll think about buying a new one, it's just a money issue, which is why I was trying to look for a used one first.
