Mike,....I looked around for places to rent in that area....it's a hard place to price....do you think it's worth more? my driveway is a bit of a b$tch!!!:hb:

hard to price eh...... in the summer vaction rentals might get you upwards of 1000$/ week.... just soemthing to keep in mind. i rent a palce in town that is 900 Sq feet for 1500$ a month with heat and hydro and water....so i dont think ur price is too far off... just rember higher price will hopefully mean better tenats that wont trash the place

Good luck on the renting, but beware my friend, that Shawnigan area has had their share of "grow ops"...growers are looking for out of the way houses to turn into the workplace.....don't mean to freak you out:?
