So what do you ktmers think of that450 excfor sale in the classifieds at 2500 km how much life do you think it has before a rebuild? I was talking to the owner and he says well maintained so what do you guys think?

I guess my opinion is a bit biased cause it's my bike but justso you knowoil has been changed often with synthetic and KTM filters. Did tons ofoil changes over the winter cause I was afraid of getting water in there trail riding. I don't wring it's neck cause it is geared for like 170Kms/hr and that would suck with a dirtbike helmet. It's stable at 120 for short bursts becauseof the steering damper.
The bike has only been in supermoto trim for about a month. I haven't had much time to ridesince organizing the move to Aus and prepping my track bike. It's been to 3 practice nights at western and never raced. I'd have to go check but the hours are around 130. Valves done about 15 hours ago and it takes about 40 mins.
The bike has never lost power and has the best of everything.Come by and check it out to see if it's the bike for you.

My 400 EXC has 13,000K and 265hrs. I have only had to do the front fork seals, since I didn't clean the dryed clay off them. I ride it hard off road -three times in Baja and on single tracks. Doesn't burn oil. Just a reliable bike. OH the kick stand sucks.
