ISO Tail Light licence plate mount

I have this nice old Husky and it is a street legal machine, but the previous owner somehow lost the original licence plate holder. I am now looking to do a little more on road riding during this time of social distancing. I am going to have to get a better solution for the tail light and licence plate holder. Probably need an idea for the turn signals too.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Here's what I'm using on my DRZ. Led combo brake/indicators and since just 2 heavy duty zip ties to hold the plate. Might give you some ideas.



Also the exhaust was bent in and it now clears the plate

You have given me an idea, I have a couple of boxes of old bike parts from the past 25 years. I think I will pull them out and dig through them. Thanks mr fx

After geting mr fx post I got to thinking I must have an old licence plate holder in one of those boxes that I have yet to open since we moved to Kamloops (4 years now) Guess what? I did find something I could make work

I dont know what it is from but it is super pliable and has lots of places to put mounting bolts

To this, almost legal, which generally is close enough for me. You probably notice the rear fender is now square with the rest of the bike? It seems I might have dropped the bike on the right side and just elongated the plastic mounting hole, all fixed now until next time.



No its time to put on the old thinking cap to come up with a simple removable turn signal system, thinking 1/4" phono or XLR plug?
