does anyone know of a place to purchase joe rocket (balistic) jacket and pants ! i took a look at a few of the local shops in the fraser valley and the best price i have come up with so far is $ 299.00 for the jacket and $220 for the pants plus taxes! i may be able to knock off 10% if i buy jacket and pants at the same time ! any help or hints would be appreciated, i plan to purchase before x-mas or sooner ...thanks..

Have you tried eBay? I've bought pants and jackets from there and the prices are pretty good. I've purchased from Canadian vendors as well as USA vendors and I've never been disappointed. I'm sure that someone out there has horror stories about eBay but for me, it's been ok.

I've also made a road trip down to Everett Honda in Everett Washington and had some pretty good deals down there too. It's a long way to go but worth it. Check them out on-line.

I just bought a Joe Rocket Ballistic jacket and matching pants on the weekend out of the buy and sell. Both in excellent shape. Cost me $180 for both, no taxes of course. If you don't mind "used" then this is the way to go.:tup:

i have never bought anything from e-bay i just cant bring myself to trusting it !!! i dont go to the states very often but that may be a good idea with our dollar being so good right now ! i will check out the web site.i would buy from the buy and sell if i could find a set in good shape, sounds like you lucked out though ! $ 180 is exelent ..i was hoping to find a dealer here in the fraser valley or lower maindland though at a lower price if that is possible ! and i would like to try on the jacket and pants before purchasing them as i am kind of hard to fit ! tall ,long arms ect

I bought my Joe Rocket stuff from NewEnough.Com. Even with exchange, shipping, etc. It was still 30 bucks cheaper. I could find the bill, but I think the jacket was 179.00 and then total250 something delivered to my door.

I bought my jacket, a ballistic 3/4 length at modern motorcycles for $180, I don't know if he has any left but it was a smokin deal yeehaa!!!!:hf:
