We had 5 at the Rupert & 1st Chevron, William (1200GS), Peter (Strom), Brian (Varadero), RD and Andrew (Africa Twins).
Picked up Alex (AT) in Mission and Chris (AT) at Sasquatch Inn.
The road to 20-Mile was flooded past the gate so we had a social distancing fluids break.
No pics of the cluster fzck traffic jam with pickup on the wrong side of road with smashed front end and fluids drooling. A dozen vehicles heading south and half dozen heading north all stoped. People wandering around and staring - no one doing anything about the dead truck blocking the road - they were Pylons to practice foot-peg steering.
Stopped to enjoy the view. The smell of dope was pervasive. Found the source 2km down the road as we passed it - burnt Orange Chev pickup.
Active logging south of the log sort. At the log sort a Pickup and tracked grappler obscuring the proper muddy road direction so some of us headed straight on - the the laughter of the loader operator.
A riverside break ~35Km before reaching HWY99
And then it was time for a Mile-One Eating house visit. The rain came while the burgers were et. The BMW, Strom and Varadero wandered off, leaving the 4-twins to ride home together.
We parted ways at HWY1 Capilano exit.
Thanks for the ride my friends.
