KLR 650 Carb

While installing a gas filter I thought I had broken the part that physically attaches to the carb and has the gas line connected to it from the tank. It leaks badly.

I called Holeshot and they suggested this part seldom breaks and has more of a friction fit than a threaded connection. No one has the part locally.

He also stated that there is a filter systm on the KLR that is very good and that the one I put in the gas line would not be effective.

Any help would be appreciated. Norm, I'll call if I get my bike back and see if you have room (under cover) on Sunday.

You have a great selection of Emoticons but are missing one of a person kicking themselves in the ass.

Thanks - Dennis
