Hey Guys,
If anyone knows of someone in need of a lowering kit let me know.
I've got the lowering links from KLR650.com (with installation instructions) and a shortened stock sidestand that is required for the bike when lowered.
I think most riderslike the KLR for it's towering height and/or they get used to it in time. However, there are those who just don't have the leg stretch to make the bike as comfortable as they would like it. While you do sacrifice a bit of ground clearance, there's a lot to be said for being able to put your foot down when you need to. I'm a bit taller so I took the links off.
I think web retailers are looking for about $150CDN for links and kickstand before taxes and duty. I'll obviously let the set go for less than that.Here is a picture of Taxes and Duty together and what they mean for the average Joe Rider.......:mi:"Taxes over Duty".:shoot:
