Into August now running on tire number six The Mitas E-0h9 which is rumored (through fake media?) to be a good all round 990 tire. Giddyup!

Went up on two weekends to have some fun while assisting the Traction e rag gang who were hosting guests from all over the world for a week of riding above Pinitan Lk just outside of the Loops. A great gang that firmly believe that rule number 1, is have fun.

September brought a trip to the coast and over to the Island, travelled over Mission Mtn. and thru Shalalth/Seton and then over the high line towards Darcy (where I passed Offworlder with a quick mid corner wave, solo riding on his DSBC posted ride. sorry everyone else. you missed a stellar! ride. It's easy. 1 show up. 2 go ride. nuff said)
The trip was so good heading south that in a few days the return trip will be a backtrack headed north towards home.

The church has been long abandoned in Seton portage.

always figured this wide pull out cw picnic table would make a terrific camp spot with a perfect view to enjoy a morning coffee.

and while on the Island at Toquart Bay where we home based for diving trips for 25 years, knowing there was road work being done and leaving meant there was a potential for a long wait on the Hwy. there was plenty of time to chillax a bit, time to bring out the hammock, never tied up horizontal before.

along the Thompson River canyon above Spences Bridge. With a darkish background the swath of low angle sun was utterly brilliant.

In late October a group of Kamloopsians long time riding buddies made a trip out to bummer beach under stellar skies. . Like cavemen in new age armour burning meat over a fire.

and then it was November. Specifically Nov.6th, my birthday, when Floyd called and said, "lets go for a ride" . We headed out tranquille past red lk on a 690 and 990 then across at the end of Kamloops lk as seen here looking in the direction of the Loops in this last picture of this series of blog posts.
After some 35+ thou. Kms in 2019 rolling from Baja to Tuktoyuktuk and covering some amazing countryside in between. The 6th rear tire is still on the bike but really should be replaced among other consumables like chains and sprockets. Again. Not that I'm complaining.
Thanks for taking a few minutes and having a look see at these posts. Really looking forward to the rides of 2020, though under the heavy blanket of snow that fell all day yesterday those rides may have to wait for a spell..
