Although there is too much snow here to be riding I want to be ready when I can.
That said the days will still be short and as you know the stock lighting on the 690 is lets just say lacking.
I have been told the Britannia composites Lynx fairing model for the 690 is a good route to go does anyone any insight?
are they easy to install?
does it solve the lighting issue?
thanks

Go to the dsbc homepage, click on "sponsors" and scroll down to Britania Composites then click on his logo. You can even talk to Ian directly and he can tell you EVERYTHING about his products. He is a really good guy and you will get EXACTLY what you need from him.

Here is the link to Ians business

absolutely his fairing is a good solution to the lighting issue

I have a Husky TXC 450 which came with no lighting (silly dirt bike) and installed the Lynx fairing so I could give this bike dual sport duties. Because I know Ian and took advantage of our friendship I had him install DOT LED headlights. At only a 13 watt power draw I have never had any battery issues and the lights are pretty damm good (not as good as hid but not a quirky )
