Bleh - you're not out of shape. Round is a shape.....

I'm sure you fit in just fine. Register in time for the food for sure - and the Traction ERag crew running training on the Friday would prep you nicely for C+! Actually the C route is going to be sporting this year so you're gonna love it.

Ya thanks for the impression and now thinking I'll bring both the DRZ and CRF and add a few days before/after at either Greenstone or Bear Creek and I'm shooting off my reg shortly :)

I was going to go for the A route last year but I'm trying to be realistic this year :)

I'm going to post this event over the Team Thumper Talk and see if any of the US and CDN members over there on dual sport bikes might want to attend :)

Also looked just looked at the reg form and is there anyway to pay via Paypal or an Interact transfer cus IMO cheques/money orders are a PITA?

Shoot me a PM if needed.

Yes, at the bottom of the form. Send Interac Etransfer to [email protected]. You can also email in your scanned registration form to that email address.

Crap small print and completely missed that. At my age luckliy I only need glasses for reading and perfectly fine not needing them for biking or driving.

I'll be sending both in before the 1st and looking forward to actually meeting some of you DSBCers, riding and hanging out in the Loops :)

I also might bring my CRF250R setup for trails and if anyone is interested shoot me a PM maybe we can get 2 or 3 days before/after dirt biking at either Duffy Lake/Greenstone or Bear Creek in Kelowna.I've got the GPS trail maps for both.

Otherwise I probably show up at the LS Wed or Thurs and can help out if needed.

Just to confirm, the distance for gas is 170 kilometres for the C+ loop?
I have a CRF250L and can go about 210 before I'm getting close to running out.
Looking forward to the event. Looks like fun!

From what I read about the past events I believe there are gas stops and I hope so cus no way I can do 170kms on a tank of gas with my DRZ400.

I'm actually in the process of confirming exactly how many KM's I can do before hitting the reserve but I know it isn't 170KM and more like 100KM before reserve

Usually the route ends up with a gas stop somewhere like Falkland. We’ll let you know if that’s not the case. You guys will be fine on either bike. There have been years where gas wasn’t available but I don’t think that’s the case this year.

Routes are still being worked on so stay tuned.

Except there is no gas in Falkland right now while they fix the PetroCan. I believe it will be complete by the event.
