Need Membership Help

HI folks, I’m not sure who to contact. I just attempted to renew my DualSport BC membership and tack on a BCCORMA trail pass. I paid $70.00 via PayPal but at no point was required to give address and name. I hadn’t even logged in to my forum account here because I couldn’t remember which of my e-mails I’d used to login here (figured it out after). I have a receipt but I’m not sure how anyone at DualSport BC will know who I am. I’d sure love to receive another shiny yellow DualSport decal via snail mail. Anyone know who I can contact directly, say by e-mail to send details of my transaction?

I’d love for payment to be applied to my existing DualSport BC account.

Hi Lisa, we are all looking at your issue, we have your payment and also you contact info. When you pay the paypal system confirms your mailing address, and I think there were a few other questions. You should get a confirmation email from DSBC in particular Judy. She has been made aware of you concern and will contact you asap.
