Hi there, new to the forum. Have browsed the site many times over the years. I've been out of dual sport riding and bikes in general for the last 6 years (family commitments, life, etc), anyway just recently jumped back in with both feet on my new '19 Africa Twin. Couldn't help myself but had it on single track within the first week...LOL.
Already had a slow speed nap with it and got over the first beauty mark! ?
Thankfully the stock crash bars did their job. So, installed some Barkbusters and the Camel ADV bridged riser...things are better now. Should weather any slow speed 'dumpage' a little easier now. Some lower engine crash guards and skookum pannier racks are on the list.
Been riding since I was little kid, closing in on 50 now. Time flies.
