New years +1 ride hopefully??

A few of the dirty bike group is planning to try a dew drop in- down to the beach on kamloops lake ride on monday.noonish time. Weather depend ant of course. Truckin the dirty bikes out to the back of the dew drop,and ride down from there. Weiners and wobblies on the beach,polar bear/barette swim is optional,come on along if your in the mood. Bring your own stuff/eats. Chow for now. Happy new year everyone!!!!

well our ride went off without a hitch! Dew drop meadow with 4 old dogs and my wife along, for good measure. weiners and a wobbly on the beach and 3 ish hour's of poking around on the back side of kamloops lake in early january!!

damn my 2012 resolution is to learn more/some computer skills such as posting photos!

wasn't here for the ride, though I did ride to the Island over the holidays (from S. Burnaby) got to love taking the bike on the Ferries, arrive before it leaves and you're first on/off no matter how many lead sleds are waiting in the parking lot, awesome!

wow can't belive you guy's aren't coverd in a blanket of snow this time of year. must be all the global warning up there.

Lev, there was a WARM wind blowing today at an easy 11 deg. Harper Mt. the local small skihill has virtually no snow, it looks juneish up there.

round 2!!! jan 8th sunday seems like another good day for a january ride. Dew drop - in again- down to the lake, weiners and a wobbly,and a ride/poke around in the not quite frozen hills. what's not to like about that?? 12 noon ish at the far west end of the dew drop meadow,dirtbikes,dualsports,klr's etc etc. those that wanted to but didn't couldn't- here's your 2nd chance. saturday maybe preferable,weatherwise, but i'll post up before the weekend. last weekend (monday the 2nd was a blast)!

Hmmm.....I think I am going to try to get out for that ride, as long as you guys don't mind a 2smoke fogging the area!

Dirtbikes are 2 smokes as far as i'm concerned. of course your welcome klroo. sunday weather says plus 7 degrees . that's plenty good by me!

breaking news- well it's not often you hear cactusreid waffling on a ride,,,,,,but here
is a full load Belgian waffle! there is a honest inch of some kind of weird white cold powder in my backyard, and I'm not sure that i could find traction on it with my bike? so as Howard Cossell always said--This one could go either way!

My KLR shall not get goo covered today either, there'd be way too many photo ops. of a horizontal red KLR as ALL shinkos hate mud. no way Jose.

pleeaasee don't remind those of us that had to go back to work today? If one of you re-tired dudes can find a moment of spare time,I've got a project for you. Get the work week changed to 3 on,4 off,K? That would give me a much bigger riding window,Capische?
