Off Road Practice

I'm looking for an off road place in the South Coast that my girlfriend can practice and develop her skills. She's experienced on pavement but a little tentative on dirt. Looking for a few hills, loose gravel, jumps, etc. Any suggestions?

I noticed a lot of bikes tooling around an open area with some small hills and jumps across from Vancouver Auto Auction. # 8 road and Westminster Highway. There's only one way you can turn. Go to the end of # 8 and you should see it off to the right.

I've been out there. You can't miss it. Lots of families on weekends, little kids on 50's and 80's so be carefull.
It's technically Vancouver Port Authority land but they're obviously not doing anything with it anytime soon. It's mostly loose sand but on weekends when the workers are gone there are huge worksites across the street, there's lots more sand and some "roads" and dirt fields with lots of mud and puddles too play in.
