Only two that I know of - Acerbis and and IMS. I have the IMS (19 litre) and it is a good choice. www.imsproducts.com
I get 350-375 km per tank till I hit reserve. Only issue with it is if you're going to get a Corbin seat. They do one for bikes with the stock tank and one for the IMS tank.

IMS tank and Corbin seat work well together. Good range and very comfortable. I've had mine about four years.

Wow, nice mileage you get.

I ordered a 20LIMS tank through my local shop for my 2008 DR 650 and they installed it free for me (guess they like me). I only get around 250 to 280 km before I hit reserve at about 15L. That leaves me about 80km to get to a gas station.

Problem is, the stock tank has a "primer" position, and the new tank doesn't. We stuffed a bolt in the primer line and the bike runs fine ... however, when I run out of gas and need to switch to reserve I have a hell of a time getting the bike restarted. I've run out like that about 3 times so far, twice in front of a gas station (phew), and once I leaned the bike to the left to splash fuel from the right side of the tank over to the left side to get enough in it to restart it with the reserve on. I've been worried lately that even flipping onto reserve when I hit 250km because it doesn't seem to like running on reserve.

Does anyone know if it's possible to simply unscrew the stock valve stem from the stock tank and screw it into the IMS tank, or are there other things taking place inside the tank?

Sorry about hijacking your post, but I'm sure you'll want to know this too.

Not sure about the IMS but the CLARKE tank uses the stock Suzuli valve from the old tank.

I use the stock petcock with the IMS tank, works fine. I've run out of fuel several times, switched to reserve, and motored on. I've got a Pingle petcock as well which I think I'll install this year. It's manual and very well made.

I am absolutely amazed by the range that some people quote. How fast do you travel to get that range? I have a REALLY hard time doing the speed limit on long trips but I'll often get about 250-260km on my IMS 19L tank before needing to switch to reserve. 350km range would be awesome. I've been thinking about switching to an Aqualine because I'm not totally impressed with my current range.
