R1150 GSA poor idle after water crossing

I have been having an issue with my 2004 R1150 GSA that comes about after doing a few puddle crossings. I was out on Triangle Road on sunday and she was losing power and having a rough idle. I am fairly new to this bike so don't know much about the engine (but know the previous owner had no issues with it).

If anyone has ideas on what this could be or how to rectify it I would greatly appreciate it!

Sounds like an ignition problem.

Try and recreate the problem at home with a hose, start with spraying the spark plug leads then move on to the coils

Keep us informed of what the problem turns out to be

I've read that those stick coils can be problematic, corrosion or cracking.
