I got a nice set of rad guards and some stainless steel rear axle spacers for my '04 S model from these guys, had them for a few months now, easy to install, nice guys to deal with as well, and of course, CANADIAN!!!!

Check them out: http://www.kytechmachine.com

I guess I got it all wrong. What I ment was the plastic radiator shrouds that are attached to the gas tank.

Sorry for the wrong information then, its much more common for guys to be looking for aftermarket guards for the rads themselves. The plastics you are looking for aremore commonly referred to as rad shrouds, someone correct me if I'm wrong on this. Ithink Acerbis makes complete plastic kits or you can order parts separately. And there's always eBay, if you wanted to go that route. You could troll the classifieds of this site and Thumpertalk.com, or advrider.com sometimes has DR-Z stuff. Did you break yours?

Thanks for all the info. The previous owner of my bike had obviously taken a few spills on the bike because one of the shrouds is pretty beat up.Could anyone also recommend an aftermarket exhaust.I was hoping to get a little bit more performance or is it even worth the bother?

Do the 3x3 mod and then look at a new exhaust. You will probably have to re-jet with the new exhaust anyway. The 3x3 does add a little more snap and the DRZ loses that annoying hiccup through the bumps.

As for exhaust (I don't have one yet) but the FMF products seem popular............I am sure there are lots of opinions out there though
