I started with a 6’X12’ single axle V-nose trailer and used it for many years, but 3 motorcycles and all the other stuff I carried was tight.
Also 6’ wide barely allows the handlebars enough clearance.
I just bought a 7’X14’ double axle V-nose trailer to give me more space and I am currently setting it up.
The V-nose allows for shelve to be installed to store helmets, parts, oils etc.
I use my trailer to head south in the winter so I also have bicycles and golf clubs.

Old trailer stuffed

New trailer getting set up. Third motorcycle can be fitted up front.
I also went with the double axle to get electrical brakes, which are required in some eastern states on all trailers and the double axle for piece of mind if a tire was to blow.
