Rekluse installation

I'm in the process to install a Rekluse in my 2012 Beta 450 RR.
I'm going the no clutch way. Will use the clutch master cylinder for rear break.
Now, since I bought the Rekluse used, I had the surprise to discover the slave cylinder seal were damaged.
The inner seal broken and the other seal popped out.

That make be think it might have been caused because the previous owner went the no clutch way as well and plugged the slave cylinder.
Going that way may have side effect and by pressurizing in the slave cylinder.

So here we are.
Is it better to have the slave cylinder filled with oil or only air?
Oil might expand with engine temperature increasing, air as well, but air might build less pressure (compressible)?

How you guys who installed no clutch did it?
Did you have any problem?

The hydraulics are non-functioning with this set-up. You only use the Rekluse slave for the manual adjustment (and to cover the hole)
PS That crazy rattling in my clutch is cured! A new basket and bushings was the answer. Stealth mode now!

If it was me I would call Rekluse. They have awesome tech support. Even if you did not buy it from them new. They dont care.
