Sept 2nd 2019: Hurley, Tyax, Seton Portage, Highline, home !

As the days are getting shorter, its time for another full day epic loop; starting in Pemby, we head over the Hurley, through Braelorne, Goldbridge, up to Tyax, then along Carpenter lake, up and over the Mission pass to Seton Portage, then take the Highline road back to D'arcy, and commensurate the awesomeness with dinner in Squamish!

We cover alot of ground, all of it FSRs, so this is a long, but relatively easy loop. Gas can be an issue for smaller tanks, hopefully there's Gas in Goldbridge (requires card, no cash), and Seton Portage (if we get there before closing).

Who's in ?

Just saw this and might have been interested but I would have had to know for sure what the gas situation was.

Its a best day of the long weekend for sun and hope you have a great ride!

If the weather lines up for this coming weekend (Sat. 21st), a rag-tag band of fugitives shall make the crossing for likely the last time this year. All who are able to move fast, and sort their bike (tubes, tools, trailside repairs, etc...) are welcome! So as to give those from afar time, we'll likely meet in Pemby for 10:00 am. Watch this space for updates, and chime in if you want to come along.

Ya the weather feels like November this weekend and next week is looking better. I might be interested if gas options can be confirmed.

For those that thought of attending this ride but went shopping at Walmart instead. Y'all messed up!
What offworlder hasn't offered as a followup was that the weather and road conditions were fan-tastic! Having been from kamloops to both gold bridge and over mission mt to seton many times over the years not one of those times could match the weather last weekend. Brilliant day!
I happened to be going the opposite direction meeting Offworlder in a corner, both of us riding solo which said to me. Y'all messed by not attending.
spectacular day. Hope the cheep polish hotdog was good!
