Can't make the meeting but lemme know what you decide. I'm riding the GS up on Friday so if that suits I'd like to join. Anytime Friday's good. Seton Portage sounds fun.

We were talking about tires... Doug, Brians got a new german made dualsport tire you should see. Good tread, very stiff sidewall, long life and less $ than a TKC80.

It was good to see the Jool again. As for tires, I hope I am good at least till the rest of the year. But the next set is destined to be something half way between the Battlewings and the TKCs.

you folks make it out for a ride today? i cruised by peatt rd and the pub but saw no bikes. took munn's rd home and got well soaked doing it too! prolly the best wash that bike'll get for a while

I took the cage out there about 6:30, had a beer and a good BS session with the chair across the table................if only it could talk. Maybe next week.

About what time would the group meet to go for a ride?

My bike seems to have more or less fixed itself (I believe there was some junk in the carb), and and want to go for a few rides while the bike is still insured.

[No, i'm not going to wait until more junk gets into the carb. When this tank of gas is up I'll probably remove and clean the fuel tank and petcock strainer]

I might be able to make it to SM by 6 if it decides to start tomorrow.

I wasn't able to make it to SM until about 6:30. I went for a little ride on my own for an hour.

Next time, hopefully.

Where did the group go today? (What might I expect if I were able to get the show on the road a little earlier next week?)
