Spius Creek FSR- Oct.15/08

A few pics from a recent exploration of Spius Creek FSR. We travelled east to west, snow in the higher elevations. Worn-out Maxxis 6006 tires on the snowy creekbed was fun, made it up with a few dabs.;) Came back via Uztilis FSR, beautiful in the fall.

That ride you were on has got to be one of BC's best. Did it in June. Check your riding skills on this one.

Yep, dont miss that ride. It is incredible. Be sure to head up to Cabin lake along that trip. Best campground in the area and fullfills the trip loop.

Imanaged to head up on Friday during a break from the Dead Zone pre-rides. What a great loop. A bit technical and gnarly if you hit Spius from the east to west but vice versa most bikes should have no problems. I did a loop starting from Boston Bar via Uztilis FSR and then back on Spius. Like I said, learn from my mistake and go the other order unless you want to sweat a bit.

If anyone wants my gpx for the route PM me. Spius isa bit tricky to find.
