Sprockets for Baja

:hijacked I dont know what this has to do with sprockets but it turning out to be a great thread.
We must be sure to thank those who make the trek to Baja to bring back these wonderful pictures and the stories that go along with them. Who needs video, just take a picture. Thanks Lev I never get tired of hearing this story.

So WRT the sprockets gear for the hard stuff.
Now re that over-night. Be carful when smoking up your soxs make sure that they don't drop in the fire. Take a survival blanket you never know when you will use it.
Lev has good advice. Let someone else go across the river first.

I had a 15 on the front and 44 on the back but took a 13 for the front for off road days. I turned out I never needed it. I rode every type of terrain that the baja offered from dunes to the highway and never changed the gearing. Next time I won't even bring the second sprocket. Best thing I had was travel insurance because it brought me home when I overshot a corner and broke two vertebrae.
