I am definitely interested. I specifically went out and drove from Vancouver to Kaslo to buy a bike for this and a couple other events taking place. I'm just still having some issues getting the bike in solid condition. Fingers crossed I can get the issues tackled here in a cpl weeks. Time's running out!

Just got an update on my bike I was planning to take. Seems things are quite as simple as I was hoping. You know a quick carb clean and a valve adjustment and I'd be good. Finally had to take the bike in and they're looking at 2500$ just to get things started. So at this rate i wont be going anywhere. Damn.

What in the world justifies $2500.00? Or is that just the cost of an oil change on a BMW and I am getting too old?

Planning a route up to the gathering. With the White Lake fire having devastated so many communities - does anyone know if hwy 97 is even currently passable? Monte Creek and Douglas Lake FSRs go right through the fire zone, so If anyone has recommendations re other routes, I'd appreciate hearing about em....

The sacred pilgrimage will initiate from the Harrison Husky at 9:30 am this Wed! All that are self-sufficient (have tools, tubes, spare parts, know how to use em, etc...) are welcome to join!
