The Nickel Plate Canadian Enduro July 11 & 12

Just want to make sure that everyone knows that World Enduro Canada (WEC) has an event this weekend up at Apex mountain in Penticton.

Put on by the Southern Okanagan Dirt Bike Club, this event is one of 8 in the national series.

Considering it's this series that brought the likes of David Knight to Parry Sound, I'm afraid I didn't think I was spamming everyone. I'd only just noticed the announcement on the VMC's site and I was surprised that I hadn't heard about it on DSBC. As excited as I am about riding and such events, I just wanted to pass it along to everyone else so it would not be missed. Unfortunately, for myself, I found out too late to be able to attend. Hopefully others willbe lucky enough to go.

I'm told that Bobby Prochnau will be riding in the event but Cory Graffunder is still in Europe after his amazing Erzberg finish.

I appreciate your enthusiams and sorry for my cheap shot. I guess the point I was trying to make and hopefully in as respectful a way as possible is that it would be unfortunate if multiple posts became common practise on our forum. I will leave it at that.

this thread did look a little odd earlier when there was a half dozen posts all saying the same thing. i looked at a few of them.
i thinky thats what otg was talking about.

i noticed they were a minute or two apart maybe you thought you were previewing?

anyways that does look like a cool event.

yea, ill say, there is an okanagon section after all. and who in their right mind in the kootenays would go riding in the okanagon when they could be riding in the koots! ;)
