tyre help needed

i have a brand new set of michelin AC10 waiting to go on the drz

BUT i have been GIVEN a pair of

BRIDGESTONE ED661 90/90-21 - ED12 120/90-18 the front is good as new rear is lightly used (edges still there on blocks)

my question is this ....which tyres should i use?

i dont know anything about off road tyres!!!!!!

The Bridgestone's look like better mileage and better traction on the pavement.

But the Michlens look better in the dirt. WOW ...looks like a tractor tire!!

I have AC10's which I fitted straight from new so I do not have anything to compare them with on the DRZ. They are an agressive tire and seem excellent in what little mud I have been through in the last couple of months.

However, I do find the front a bit skittish on hard gravel roads and the bike weaves at around 110 kmh on the road which I am not happy about. Having said that, I can't be sure that it is the tires and am currently experimenting with suspension settings and tire pressures to try to solve this.

My gut feel is that these are probably great for mud, but I am not sure I would go with these for dry, rocky stuff or if I was doing any amount of road riding.

If you do fit them, I would be interested to know what you think
