hey gang, i'm pretty keen to get out this weekend, wondering if anyone wants to explore the area. i don't have a plate, and am not blessed with speed/skill, but really like getting out. spent last weekend scouting an area behind kennedy lake, could head back there, or am open to suggestion.:D

oops. yeah it's short for ucluelet, which is 30 min from tofino. actually it's a very popular namesake, half the businesses out here are entitled "ukee ______".



well i'll likely be exploring the toquart region with a few local fellas on sunday. if any ones interested, your more than welcome.

Me & my dad will be doing some easy stuff out by the kennedy lake bridges if the rain is not coming down to bad. We could meet you at west main and the highway around 11 if you care to join. I will check back in the here in the morn. before we go. If you want to come PM your phone # :hb:

Ride was good for most of us, BCJC broke his clutch lever in the first part of the day so it made for a short one for him. We went way out on a old untraveledroad behind kennedy lake through cross ditches & over some pretty sketchy old wood bridges until we had to turn back for fear we would run out of gas. Good ride.

thanks for the good ride, bummer i'm such a kook and dropped my bike, but i've ordered a new lever. and some bark busters should help, cause with me its not if, its when it'll happen again:D

sounds good. pretty busy the next few weeks but try to get out tues and thurs after work around four. a little mussel beach and salmon beach runafter work.gotta love the time change!

That technique doesn't look to bad, it happens to best of us !! I've gotta get back out there soon before that bridge is completely gone...could happen any time, & that will cut out a huge portion of area to ride..bummer. The next couple weeks I've got stuff to do. I think there will finally be enough snow for a good board session,but I'll be out there for a rideafter that. I will post up so we can try it again BCJC.

I will be heading out tomorrow to do a little work on the trails, then if the forecast holds I will be riding on Wednesday. Some single track & some logging roads. Anyone in ?
