My dad has a KLX 250s. The seat is very uncomfortable. What would be a seat that would would work for this bike?
Thanks for the tips!

If you take your seat to a local upholsterer they can pull the cover off, reshape the foam and recover it (or put new/softer foam on, although that's not good for long hours as it will pack down). I've seen anywhere from $80 to $200 quoted for a simple job, depends where you go.
Agreed, ('06 KLR 650 - not KLX250) - I'll vouch for the effectiveness of the Airhawk/ROHO pad. For those longer road runs it's great - just did 300+ kms & no numb bum!As OTG says above wecanslip the pad off for the rougher stuff - it's far too squishy and likely to pull off - roll it up & put in the tank bag. Also, it will add an inch or so to seat height (& width). PM me if you want anymore infoI use a Airhawk seat pad from Roho which I take on and off depending on the ride. Rolls up and fits in my backpack. Read the reviews, it might look strange but there is nothing more comfortable. You can move it from bike to bike. I use the smallest cruiser model they sell.
