Unknown Tank or Gear Mount?

New to the group and thanks for letting me join! I am curious if anyone knows what these mounts are for? Make and where one could locate?

The upper one is for strapping a pair of round bottles for water or fuel. The 2nd one is for a rectangular jug. I do not recognize the manufacturer.
