heard about the site when riding with mudectomy a couple of weekends ago. anyone interested in a trials ride close to duncan, or mill bay wed (tomorrow) eve at around 5:30? anyone have the day off friday?
i'm new to trials, and want to get a couple of rides in before the event on sun, at the shawnigan club property.

I dont have a trials bike , but i do live in Mill Bay , and if your interested , we could go for a trail ride in Mill Bay Wed evening 5:30 ish , My Gas Gas 300 has a seat tho

not allowing me to pm...i'll be at the red gate, on the logging road behind serious coffee between 6:00 to 6:15 tomorrow (wed). will check on here before leaving in case you can't make it.

now just need a hard core trials ride for friday!

I might be able to do friday. I have it off, but need to do some stuff in the morning. are you interested in coming up to ladysmith? there is an awesome trail near the nanaimo river that I could take you on. I am also a beginner, but have been on this trail three times now. could possibly make tomorrow as well. if I can, I will meet you guys there.

thanks steve. I hope I can make it too. I work until 5 though, so need to get off a bit early. I'll see tomorrow how it goes. I will be bringing the trials bike. looking forward to riding with you again.

thanks, hdr. will keep your number for another time. looks like nanaimo river on friday, if you'd like to join in. i think bigwavedave will post time...aiming for around 11:00 am.

directions for nanaimo river---take the exit to wildplay just past the nanaimo river bridge. follow that road past the white rapids road a few miles till you get to a white gate. there is a gate on the left hand side of the road (that goes down) and one on the right side (that goes up). I think this is a gas line or something. either way, park here on the side of the road and we start from here.10 am start. the more the merrier.

unfortunatley I will not be attending the Friday gathering but will keep an eye on the posts for future rides.Will be in Nanaimo for the awards cermony , apparently .
