So is the ride still a "go", or is it cancelled? I and my V-Strom 1000 buddy are still up for it if anyone else is interested. We'll be riding as far north as possible before the terrain makes it impossible for his bike to progress (hopefully we can make it to Pemberton). If anyone is still interested, let us know. How's 9 am at Sasquatch?

I'm going for a ride Tuesday, Wednesday and maybe Friday (weather permitting). I'll be leaving from downtown and heading up the 99 to Squamish or farther; I haven't decided on a final destination as i don't know the area. If anyone's interested in joining or has a better destination, PM me or leave a post.

Thanks MtB for a great introduction to the trails around Squamish. I'll be returning to Squamish Friday morning (if the weather holds) to explore some unfinnished singe-track. For anyone interested, the tentitive plan is to meet at St Davids at 8am, Friday. It will be a short ride (at least for me) as i have to be back in town by 1pm.

That was a great ride Kirk! We still have some loose ends to tie up in the area
Friday St Davids at 8AM I'm there! (unless of course it is coming down in buckets)

Good to hear it Mark! It just so happens that I will be doing a scoot up to Squamish on Wednesday. I want to check out the area around Paradise valley, everyone welcome. (9AM St Davids?)

OK, 3 riders (total) confirmed so far, so it is a go. We will be leaving St Davids in North Van (Taylor way & #1) at 9AM tomorrow, heading up to the Paradise valley past Squamish. We are definitely big bike friendly on this one. All welcome!

Elaho valley! Wow, that was one of the best rides yet. There is so much more to explore. Fun on big bikes, challenging enough for broken riders on smaller bikes. We'll be back.

Canceled for monday, decided to take the sportbike instead. Will have to trade it in, after 25 years of sport bikes I can't fit the riding position due to my injuries.

Anyone up for a ride tomorrow (Thursday)? Let me know before 9PM, I am trying to decide if it is on or off road type of a day.

(8:59 pm): Oh - The allure, the temptation !!! I must heed the call !

I'd be up for another off-road ride, perhaps closer to the city - say, Furry Creek ?

No dust, no mud almost perfect!
I'm ready to do it all over again: Monday St. David's 8:30AM (Taylor way and #1 in North Van). Destination Elaho, everyone welcome.
