That it seems like everyone selling bikes in kamloops area posts 'mint condition' in there ads but when you go and look the bikes are beat up garbage.
Anybody selling a WR450 or XR400 in decent shape? Or any other similar sized bike?

Seller perspective I guess.

I went and looked at a CRF230F with my friend and it said great condition for $3000. It had a bent clutch lever, bent brake lever, bent shift lever, 2 bad tires, a bent muffler with no restrictor or spark arrestor, and the kickstand was rubbing through the swingarm...

We went to Chilliwack on Wednesday night and picked up CRF150F for $1800 instead. It was actually $2000 in the ad, but since we came from Kamloops and actually took it away he dropped the price by $200 to cover gas and some new tires for it. It needs a total of $175 worth of parts to bring it into great condition.

dont buy a bike from white trash people..hint; bike is outside all dirty in a junky yard leaning up against an old washing machine with parts missing.etc... save up and pay a little more and buy a bike from an older guy that cares for his stuff... this is what i do....i buy and sell a couple bikes a year for years so i know what im sayin..this is not the best time to buy- i usually buy in fall / winter - OH-on castanet theres a brand new 08 wr450 450 kilometers 6k mint...also check out the wr at VMS...

I have a XR650 in good condition with low hours that I'm looking to unload. Never ride the thing down here in Van anyways. I can send you pics and info if you are interested.
Cheers

Try buying an RV...it's amazing what sort of high opinion some people have for the CRAP they own!

Every boat that is for sale ALWAYS has "Low Hours" on it as well. How do they know that without hour meters? People wouldn't lie, would they???

Thanks for all the comments guys. So true with the hourmeter thing, don't think i've ever seen one that had "high hours" haha.
JayRoc, great bike but the 650 is just to bulky.

LOL nice pic zokalr. I just meant too big for the single track that whatever bike comes up will be used on.
