Windy Knob FSR Status?

Hello all!
I hear Church Mountain in Chilliwack it is getting logged. Does anyone know where exactly the Windy Knob FSR is closed (elevation?) at? Is it possible to park at the closure and then pedal up or do they not want people up there? I got a mountain bike and am wondering how high I can shuttle part way then pedal, hoping to go the top!

I will be heading up on Sunday so they may not be doing work up there.

If it is where I think it is, I was up there in June and they felled trees right across the road, lots of them, there was to getting through with any kind of bike

Since they have shutdown bush they haven't cleared it at the top. No way getting around. That has been there since mid-June at least and I haven't heard about it being clear.
