Started of with Steve in Borrago Springs. Riding got interupted with a birthday party in Vagas. Arrived in Death Valley today.

You never know who you meet! Roy from Kamloops arrived in Borrago Springs.

I didn't see Roy since 1969.

I would suggest you ride Titus canyon, take extra fuel for the round trip and enjoy the scenery.

Spent a week in Sedona. The riding in the area is great, with limited riding in the red rock and that is what Sedona is about. On [/b]Sat. I rode out to Prescott. On the way back, after battling cross wind on the way out, turned around and headed back with the sun and wind in my back, booting along I realized I was up near I 40 on 89 and not on 89 A, 40 miles past my route; that wasn't so bad except it was getting late and a huge black cloud hanging over Prescott. Needless to say riding back through Jerome after dark was not the most fun. The storm didn’t catch up to me until about 2:00 AM and I was in bed. Left Sedona on Tuesday and ran into snow south of Flagstaff on Hwy 17, pulled into a campsite in Flagstaff about noon and waited out the storm. Lucky we took hwy 179 to 17. Road was pretty good until we hit 7000 ft. + and got some snow. The rock colours & formations of NE Az. and into Ut. are incredible. Woke up to snow on the ground on Thursday, so no riding the first day here. Lots of red mud on my first trail so Arches was the area I rode on Friday. Saturday had high wind and a forecast for rain; the pick was Kane Creek Road and a good pick it was. The rain didn’t hit until 7:00 PM, and with vengeance it did hit. No riding today as it was rain of and on all day. Hopefully tomorrow will bring good weather. They say that spring is about a month late this year; must be because of “Globel Warming”. Easter weekend brings the “Jeep ralley” and everthing is booked up. The rock is not as red as Sedona and the energy is not as great but the riding is endless.[/b]
