That’s an odd one - can you give more info? Is the post reply option shown or does it give you an error when you post?

Long story short: Blogs are legacy thing. I suggest to avoid using any blog sections for any future posts, threat it as archive until it's moved into the new forum structure. Post new threads only in Forum sections.
