So my old riding buddy informed me he was bringing a bicycle for getting around while we are beach camping...........a peddle bike, WTF????
Not to be outdone or left behind I decided that we need a little help to keep up with Mr peddle bike guy, I searched the great internet and came up with this bike, something I think we could actually use. A fold-able fat tire electric bike, the Volt Bike Mariner, sold in Surrey. Its a pretty cool bike with pedal assist for us old guys and gals, and it folds up and fits inside the TOAD. Total weight with battery is 58 lbs and the guy at Volt bike said a guy of my stature should get around 30 kms between charging.
