We'll also be campin'. There are three of us maybe four (Markymcd??).
Probably at Tahimi, maybe somewhere else. Also may head towards Cheam Peak on Saturday although I don't know where the snow line is at.

See you out there!

Mike O and I thought we'd better do a quick last minute check to make sure all the trails are passable. Great News! They are in great shape. Please make sure no one asks Mike O why he insists that the dashboard trail is too high and he just has to make a lower one. And please, make sure youDON'T ask him how to modify a sub frame using the four roll, tree method. Right Mike?

It all started out with Neil saying he had a plan, and truth be told Neil cannot be bribed with beer to keep a secret.

Rain or Shine?

If you dont ride in the rain around here, you dont get much riding in:(

I promise you wont shrink when you dry out

Its not raining here (ground is pretty wet)

We are organised here and heading out shortly

Got this picture of it with my phone-cam...not very good quality.

...But it gets the idea across. I have two questions about this device:

a) Who owns it?
b) Why wouldn't he let me take it for a spin?

I would also like to thank everyone involved in today's event. The organizers, the volunteers with their advice and patience and the food before & after all made for a great experience.

It was great to meet new people, ride with some like-minded riders and get my feet wet (and muddy) in some off-roading.

And to anyone that helped pick up an '89 bmw gs paris dakar (a few times), THANKS!
