Paul,

I'm not sure what direction you are heading out of San Felipe, but we found Coco was a wealth of info for good trails. He pointed us towards one that starts 5k from hisplace, and ends at the beach by the airport. You could ride that one backwards to his place, then though another canyon back south. I bet TE610 could give you these waypoints as well. He was our officialGPS guru.

Didn't gaspipe just return from down there. (that lucky son of a ???)

Hey Chuck, welcomeaboard. Glad to hear you made it home safe and sound. I think I ran into you in San Felipe as well, or was that one of the others? If you PM TE610 or tomcycle, they will be able to fullfill your every desire.(well almost). Cheers Dave

Hey thanks for the greeting. Yup, I was the one u saw in San Felipe. The rest of the guys are leaving the mainland today, and have a few days of slab riding ahead of them. My PM privilige has not yet been enabled yet, so hopefully the administrator does it soon. Cheers, Chuck:hb:

Sounds like they've had quite a trip. I have sent a note to one of the guys, hopefully you will be activated soon.Maybe you and theothers can make it down to a couple of the rides this year. Orca on the island and deadzone in Spences Bridge are 2 great events. Cheers

Bobhami: Yup! That's the one!

Greenlake: Ya Gaspipe just got back from Baja, this'll be his fourth Baja trip in 12 months. 3rd one in ~3 months!! Of course its only my second...

The Trail that you were talking about near Coco's was heading north and comes out on the coast near Huerfanito airstrip? I was looking for that track., I'll PM TE610.

Thanks all, DSBC Forum at work!!!

Paul,

If you don't have any luck with te610, try tomcycle or bikefx.

The other nice trail is on the map as a dotted and comes out to HWY #1 at El Crucero. It's a great track through the canyon with a few water crossings. Have fun and keep your feet up:D

I have a Garmin track from ElArco, over the Green Door trail to LA Bay. I'll PM you on Monday for a email address to send it to. (My PM is disabled onmy home computer, not sure why).

Watch out for the speed control tank traps the locals have dug into the roadjust South of LA Bay.
PM sent
