I purchased a number of Enduristan products, some of which I've found to work well, others not so well. I'm very happy with my Enduristan tool bag, and fender bag. I'm in no way satisfied with the quality of the Tail pack and Pannier topper bag.
Dual-sporting can be tough on gear, but for a bag thats explicitly designed for such activity to fail so quickly, is clearly a product quality issue. I have Touratech and Wolfman bags that have experienced no such failures after considerably longer lives (+10 x the lifespan in exactly the same role).
Failure #1:
Enduristan tail pack failure (zipper):

Failure #2:
Enduristan Pannier topper bag (zipper and straps):

When I informed one of the folks at the Canadian Enduristan dealer about the failures, they said no problem, we'll refund your purchase, so good on them.
Unfortunately, when they received the bags, they then claimed "I had destroyed them", and stated "I can clearly see it was not the bags fault, but yours." They then stated they wouldnt refund me if they hadnt already agreed to doing so.
So tell me, do those bags look "abused" to you?
They're going to honour the refund, but let this be a lesson in how to NOT treat your customers, as well as understand where there's quality, and where's there isnt.
