Yep the insurance for my 800 gs is a few hundred cheaper than the 650gs because its listed as an enduro

I insured my comprehensive through Beacon and was quoted at $659. A few days later they called and said that since the bike was so new that the figures were not in at the time of my insuring. The rep said that I was over charged and a cheque for $224 was in the mail. She said it was being classed as an Enduro bike.

so its cheaper to insure a 16,000 OTD bike than a 11,000 bike. The agent said it was because off it classification........It doesnt matter. All that matters is that i payed for insurance but the weather sucks
