Thank-you OTG for the ride level info. I'm definitely a newbie and will try to get out in Oct.
Another question for anyone - for a newbie who does not know anyone who rides dirt bikes, where is the best place to start ?- is it necessary to own a bike first or do any shops up the valley rent?

Well now I can't make it, as I will be golfing for 3 days in Kamloops, I know there must be a whole bunch of envious guys out there, yeh right. Anyways I have offered the motorcycle to Crystal to do the ride, she is a lotbetter to look at that me . Will confirm later. Steve
