No idea about the TR-011. New tire only available in 18". Quote off somewhere:
"IRC GP1 Rear Dual Sport Tires : IRC's Trials tires are designed to provide the best possible handling and control for both on and off the pavement. The special knobs penetrate loose surfaces for excellent traction, braking and cornering off the road yet won't wear off as fast as a full knobby when used on the street. Perfect for all street legal dual-purpose motorcycles."
I've ridden the GP-1 in CA and AZ this winter. Excellent performance on rocks, sand, gravel, river crossings and some mud. Furthermore, it is a fantastic road tire, incredible traction and very quiet.
I've used TKC's, Kenda 760's, Mitas, MT21's, and Maxxi's, and I think the GP-1 is a far superior all round KlR tire than any of the above. My only concern is the relatively quick wear, granted that the tire I just burned off was one size too narrow, a 4.60 only. It was the only GP-1 I could get at the time. I have a new 5.10 in the garage and it'll go on before the Orca run. my2c worth.
