Well... Plug was good, (Beautiful jetting by the way! Perfect colors on that plug) Valves needed adjustment as three were out of the acceptable range, bearings were pretty shot though. The signals worked before I left for the ride home, but i didn't get a chance to re-wire them for the rack until this morning. I've ridden a full day of dirt the last two days, around 400km's worth, and i must have jumbled something with the wiring on the signals. The signal weren't getting power at the back and I tracked it down to a connection that was corroded (Its an older offroad bike... its gonna happen) to the point of having no connection, and then again at the signal switch because of the same reason. While i was there i checked for the headlight hi/lo switch and its been wired correctly there, must be at the light or the dimmer.
I bled both the front and rear brakes and the bike stops way better now. I dont know how you dealt with that, you must be one hell of a rider to have ridden the stuff I see in pictures of you on this site with a brake so spongy I couldn't skid the front tire controllably if i wanted to on gravel or the road. I'll throw those new pads on soon, probably when i replace the tire/tube. On that note; the front needs to be filled every morning, so i guess its time for a new tube + tire soon. Clutch and shifter lever have been straightened, bars will be soon, and you also torqued the front end when you bent the bars... it was easy to straighten though.
Bike is working awesome so far, definitely impressing me offroad and onroad. Few things to do to have it more comfortable on the road, and I think I may play with the suspension and maybe move the pegs back for offroad riding. Its a tad hard to lift the front wheel for logs or 'whoops'. Dont get me wrong, not trying to put you down (The PO), just saying that I have a few things to get around to if i'm to ride tomorrow.
As i said when i bought the bike: Lets see how many hundred thousand km's i can put on her.
