Warm ? are you kidding, It's 80 f today, ALMOST to hot to ride, but I need to suck it up and try! Not sure what photo looked like snow, maybe the dry river, it was solid rock so I had to ride it.

That was the one Steve, all that white rock in the creek looked like snow. 80 F you say, gee, I almost remember what that feels like. Here's a photo from a ride we took up Church Mountain a few weeks ago so now you know how envious we are of you.

That Beta in the fore ground is my new bike. It's a 400RR, got a KTM 400 RFS engine in it and suspension to die for. Way big improvement over my little Honda. Take care and keep the pics coming.

Fabulous pics, Steve, looks like you're having a good time, wish I was there. Ted and I have some great 2 and 3 day trips planned for next summer so keep an eye open for them when you get back. What's the temperature down there? It looked like there was a bit of snow in one of your photos. Ted keeps egging me on to go desert riding in the south where it's warm, but I'm not so sure it's any warmer down there than it is here. I'm sure it'd be a lot drier though. Take care and keep the photo's coming.

After the monsoon yesterday, if that doesn't wet your appetite for desert riding, nothing will. I can be loaded and ready to go when you are!

Thanks guys, if you get away, pick South Cal. where we will be Jan. 25 til March. Borrego Springs and surrounding area, 500, that's 500 miles of jeep rds. and more trails off of that.
