KVR Information

A bit of shameless self-promotion here....Admins can move this if it's in the wrong section, or whatever.

I have a work-in-progress here: https://kvradventures.blogspot.com/ that others can use for information, directions or other intel. Although it is not complete at this time, I hope to finish it over then next season or two, barring any "unforeseen circumstances".
This information will outline which portions or sections of KVR are currently multi-use and which are non-motorized.
I'm also hoping to include some GPX files, available for download with routes, distances, waypoints, etc.

Anyways...give it a look. I'm not making any money off it...it's strictly a labour of love for now. Feel free to leave comments and/or constructive criticism if you wish.

I’m not in front of my computer TW but will check out why you can’t modify your post when I’m home after the motorcycle show.

Here are links to GPX and KMZ files for the currently completed sections of KVR.
To determine which are NON-MOTORIZED, you may have to refer to the blog...and/or local bylaws...things change and I may not be aware of these changes.
I'd appreciate if people would let me know of any sections that were previously "multi-use" that have been converted.

Hope these work for you. Sorry about the ads that accompany the download...but that's the price you pay for "FREE" services.

Both files will be updated with my progress....

You should be able to load your gpx files directly into your post as an attachment. If not I will make sure you get permission.

Anyone riding the kvr above Naramata you can access and ride the kvr from the Adra tunnel east to chute lake. Access to the Adra tunnel is off naramata road, right turn up smethurst rd. Ride about 5 km up some switch backs on the fsr. Now watch for a small rd in tree's on your left with a quick turn to the right within about 40ft in. this little access is no longer than about 100feet to the lower entrance to the tunnel. Then take the bypass built to upper porthole, now just ride all the way to chute lake. with every second.
